You know,when we are young and healthy,we tend to take our health and youth for granted!

Once we hit our 30’s we begin to notice subtle changes in our health and in our bodies. Our once firm and defined midsections are no longer as 

well defined or firm.

For me,once I hit 35 I definitely lost my drive and desire to work out. I was once an amatuer boxing and enjoyed working out and pushing 

myself past exhaustion and pain.

I begain to put on weight,especially around my gut. All those years of piging out on fast food was quickly catching up with me.

In my late 30’s I was diagnosed with type 2 Diabetes! 

To say I was devestated would be a major understatement! I had enjoyed good health all of my life and was always greatful that I didn’t have to take prescription drugs like some of my family members.

After I got over the initial shock,I was determined to take control of my health and my life!

I had always loved reading and learning about health and fitness,so I threw myself back into the muscle and fitness books and magazines me and my older Brother had collected over the years.

I started lifting weights again and even took up jogging.

Now,in my 50’s I really appreciate the hard work and self discipline it takes to achieve and maintain good health of body,mind and even my finances.

I love sharing information about good health which is why I starting this site. I want to help guys who are in their 30’s and beyond create and maintain the best health possible. So,thank you for coming along on this fantastic journey!
